Currently, LizziAI handles client messages received through Kitchen — the project management and communication platform used by MiOpsAI's tenant base. Every inbound Kitchen message is read by LizziAI, which classifies urgency, drafts a suggested reply in your voice, optionally posts it as an internal note for team review, and creates task cards for any action items.

  2. LizziAI reads and classifies urgency and topic
  3. Reply drafted in your tenant persona and tone
  4. Posted automatically or queued for staff review based on per-engagement settings
  5. Task cards created for any follow-up work

Direct email processing (Gmail, Outlook) is on the 2026 roadmap and will extend this same workflow to your actual email inbox.
