Gmail and Outlook integration is on the 2026 roadmap. When live, LizziAI will connect to your inbox via official Google and Microsoft APIs and handle incoming client email the same way it currently handles Kitchen messages — reading, classifying, drafting replies, and creating tasks.

What the integration will provide

  • OAuth-based connection to Gmail and Microsoft 365 — no extensions, no forwarding
  • Inbound processing by LizziAI on every new message
  • Drafted replies sent from your address with your signature
  • Shared and individual inbox routing

Current state: LizziAI processes inbound messages through Kitchen. Direct email inbox integration is roadmap.
