Does LizziAI keep a log of every action it takes?

Yes — every LizziAI action is logged to the AI usage log, including model, token count, cost, and the action taken. The underlying data is complete.

What is captured per action

• Timestamp and tenant for every event
• Model and provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
• Token count and cost per call
• Action taken (drafted, posted, escalated, task created, etc.)
• Linked engagement and message for full traceability

A staff-facing action timeline UI — where you can see "LizziAI drafted reply to ACME at 2:14pm, posted at 2:15pm" and override or void actions — is in active development as a Tier 2 roadmap item.

Current state: full action logging is live. Visual action timeline and override UI is in active development.
