Can LizziAI take actions on my behalf without approval?

LizziAI can operate in two modes per engagement: draft-only (queues all suggested replies for staff review before posting) or auto-post (posts replies directly to the client conversation). Auto-post mode is available for tenants who want fully autonomous operation.

How the modes work

• Draft-only: LizziAI generates the reply but never posts — staff approve or edit before sending
• Auto-post: LizziAI posts directly to the client conversation, with the action logged for review
• Per-engagement setting: different clients can run in different modes

All actions are logged regardless of mode, and the upcoming action log UI will allow staff to review and override any action after the fact.
