How do I configure LizziAI to match my business?

You configure LizziAI to match your business through a guided onboarding flow that takes 60-90 minutes the first day, then refines continuously over the next 1-2 weeks as the AI learns from your interactions. Configuration covers voice training, escalation rules, client-specific settings, autonomy levels, and what topics or actions LizziAI should never touch.

Step 1: Voice training

  • Import 50-200 of your sent emails so LizziAI captures your tone, vocabulary, sentence structure, and sign-off style
  • Write a voice manifesto — a few hundred words describing how you sound, phrases to avoid, and brand-specific terms
  • Optional: import your About page, brand guidelines, or content samples for additional context

Step 2: Escalation rules

  • Set the inactivity threshold for cold conversations (default 48 hours, configurable per pipeline stage and per client tier)
  • Configure who gets escalation alerts (you, a team member, an entire role)
  • Define escalation channels (in-app notification, email, SMS, Slack)

Step 3: Per-client customization

  • Set tone overrides for specific clients (more formal for enterprise, more casual for long-term partners)
  • Define topics LizziAI should not handle for certain clients (legal advice, pricing changes, contract terms)
  • Configure auto-CC rules so important team members are looped in on specific client communications

Step 4: Autonomy levels

  • Suggest mode: LizziAI drafts, you approve every send (default for new accounts)
  • Autonomous mode: LizziAI sends approved categories automatically, only humans-in-loop for edge cases (most users move here within 2-3 weeks)
  • Hybrid mode: per-workflow autonomy — autonomous on routine acknowledgments, human-required on pricing or commitments

Step 5: Continuous refinement

Every time you edit a draft before sending, LizziAI captures the delta and updates its understanding. You also have a feedback panel where you can mark drafts as good/bad with optional commentary. The AI converges fast — typically reaching 90%+ acceptance within 30 days.

Step 6: Guard rails

Set hard rules LizziAI cannot break: never quote a price without human approval, never agree to a deadline, never reply outside business hours unless marked urgent. These rules are enforced at the model output layer, not as soft guidelines.
