Yes. MiOpsAI integrates natively with both Stripe and Square for payment processing. You connect your existing account during onboarding, and MiOpsAI handles invoice creation, payment links, recurring billing, and reconciliation through your processor of choice.

Stripe integration

• Cards and ACH: accept all major credit cards plus US bank transfers
• Subscriptions: automated recurring billing for retainer clients
• Payment links: hosted Stripe checkout pages branded to your business
• International support: 135+ currencies, local payment methods (SEPA, BACS, etc.)
• Customer portals: clients self-serve to update payment methods, download receipts
• Webhooks: payment events sync back to MiOpsAI in real time, updating invoice status and triggering downstream automations

Square integration

1. In-person and online: useful for businesses with both digital and storefront billing
2. Card processing: same flow as Stripe for online invoices

What about fees

Card processing fees are paid directly to Stripe or Square at their published rates (typically 2.9% + 30 cents for online card payments). MiOpsAI does not add a markup or take a percentage of payments. The subscription is the only thing you pay us.
