• Slash commands: Search a client, create a task, log a note without leaving Slack/Teams
• Inline approvals: Approve or edit AI-drafted client replies directly from a message thread
• Bidirectional context: Internal team conversations linked back to the client record they reference

You can use email-based notifications today, route them to a Slack/Teams channel via your existing email-to-channel bridge, or wire up basic alerts via LizziAI using webhooks. The 2026 native integration will replace those workarounds with a first-class experience.
