Integrations

Can I connect Microsoft 365 and Outlook to MiOpsAI?

Yes — MiOpsAI integrates with Microsoft 365 including Outlook email, Outlook calendar, OneDrive, and Teams (basic). Connection is OAuth-based, takes about 2 minutes per user, and pulls existing email and calendar data into the unified inbox where LizziAI can act on it.

What connects today

  • Outlook email — full two-way sync with read/send permissions, threading preserved
  • Outlook calendar — read availability, create events, send invites, manage rescheduling
  • Microsoft contacts — sync with MiOpsAI CRM (bidirectional)
  • OneDrive — file attachments and document storage with link sharing
  • Microsoft Teams — basic notification posting to channels (full chat integration on roadmap)
  • Azure AD — SSO support for enterprise tenants

How LizziAI uses Microsoft 365 data

  1. Reads incoming Outlook email and triages it the same way it would any other inbox
  2. Drafts replies that send from your Outlook account (clients see your real address)
  3. Schedules meetings by checking your Outlook calendar and proposing times
  4. Attaches OneDrive files to outbound communications without leaving the platform

Setup process

From Settings → Integrations, click "Connect Microsoft 365" and authenticate with your Microsoft account. Admins can authorize on behalf of the whole tenant for org-wide deployment. The integration uses Microsoft Graph API with the minimum required scopes — we never request scopes we don't use.

Permissions and security

You control which mailboxes and calendars MiOpsAI can access. The connection is revocable from your Microsoft admin panel at any time. All data stays inside your tenant boundary; we don't aggregate or share Microsoft 365 data across customers.

What's not yet supported

SharePoint deep integration, Microsoft Bookings sync, and Power Automate flows are on the roadmap. Excel and Word are accessible via OneDrive but no native editing yet. All integrations included in every tier from $199. Request a demo walkthrough.
