Yes — you can permanently delete all your data from MiOpsAI on request, and we honor the deletion within 30 days with a confirmation log retained for compliance audit purposes. This satisfies the GDPR right to erasure (Article 17) and the CCPA right to deletion, and it applies whether you are an active customer requesting selective deletion or a former customer requesting full account wipe.

What gets deleted

• All client tenant records — names, contacts, communications, tasks, notes, deals, custom fields
• All uploaded files and documents across all storage backends
• All email content processed through LizziAI, including drafts and version history
• All AI memory and embeddings derived from your data
• All audit logs referencing user-specific actions (system event logs anonymized rather than deleted)
• All backups containing your data within the standard backup rotation cycle (30 days)
• All sub-processor copies — we issue deletion requests to OpenAI, Anthropic, and infrastructure providers per their DPA terms

What gets retained (and why)

• Deletion confirmation record: Date, scope, and confirmation hash kept for 7 years to prove compliance with regulatory inquiries — contains no personal data
• Anonymized billing records: Required by tax law (typically 7 years), stripped of all personal identifiers and tied only to the legal entity
