What payment methods does MiOpsAI accept?

MiOpsAI accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) for monthly and annual billing, plus ACH bank transfer for annual subscriptions on the Growth plan and above. All payments are processed through Stripe, which means PCI-DSS Level 1 security and no card data ever touches MiOpsAI servers.

Accepted payment methods

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover (monthly or annual)
  • ACH bank transfer: available for annual billing on Growth, Agency, and Enterprise plans
  • Wire transfer: available on Enterprise annual contracts above $10,000
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: supported through Stripe Checkout for self-serve signups

For Enterprise customers requiring purchase orders, NET 30 terms, or custom invoicing, we accommodate those requirements through annual contracts arranged with the founding team. Request access and mention your billing requirements upfront so we can route you to the right onboarding flow.

Failed payments trigger a 7-day grace period during which the platform stays fully active. We send three reminder emails and an in-app banner. After 7 days without resolution, the account moves to read-only mode (no new client communications processed by LizziAI, but data remains intact and accessible). After 30 days, the account is suspended but recoverable for another 60 days before any data is purged.

Refunds are issued for the unused portion of any annual subscription if you cancel within the first 30 days. After 30 days, refunds are case-by-case but never punitive. We do not believe in trapping customers with billing structures, which is also why all plans show transparent pricing on a single page with no hidden seat fees, transaction fees, or AI credit limits.
