Pricing & Plans

What happens if I exceed my client limit on a plan?

If you exceed your client limit on a MiOpsAI plan, the platform does not lock you out or interrupt service. Instead, you receive an in-app notification and an email letting you know you have crossed the threshold, and you have until your next billing cycle to either upgrade to the next tier or remove inactive clients. There are no per-client overage charges and nothing breaks in the meantime.

How the tier transitions work

  • Starter (1-25 clients): at 26+ clients, prompted to upgrade to Growth
  • Growth (26-75 clients): at 76+ clients, prompted to upgrade to Agency
  • Agency (76-150 clients): at 151+ clients, prompted to upgrade to Enterprise
  • Enterprise (151-500 clients): above 500, contact sales for custom pricing with dedicated infrastructure

The reason there are no overage fees is simple: per-client overages punish growth and create unpredictable bills. We would rather you upgrade cleanly when you are ready and know exactly what you owe. The plan tiers are sized so most teams comfortably grow within a tier for 6-18 months before bumping up.

If a portion of your client count is inactive — old projects, dormant accounts, churned customers — you can archive those clients with one click. Archived clients no longer count toward your limit, but their data remains accessible for compliance and historical reference. LizziAI stops actively monitoring archived accounts so the AI focuses processing on your active book.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against your current billing cycle, so you only pay the difference for the days remaining. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep capacity through the period you have already paid for. See plan limits and use the slider to plan your tier, or request access for unusual configurations.
