Built-in team chat and internal messaging is on the MiOpsAI 2026 roadmap. The plan is contextual chat tied directly to client records and engagements, so your team conversations live alongside the work — not in a separate app.
What the team chat module will include
- Per-engagement threads tied to the relevant client record
- @mention notifications with deep links into the engagement
- Persistent search across all internal discussion
- LizziAI-aware — chat history feeds the AI context for that client
Current state: not yet available. Teams currently use Kitchen (or their existing tool) for internal communication alongside MiOpsAI.
