VoIP and AI voice calling are on the MiOpsAI roadmap for 2026. When it ships, the voice system will handle inbound call routing, AI-assisted answering, and automatic transcription with notes attached to the relevant client record.
What the voice module will include
- Inbound call routing by tenant, team, or client
- AI-assisted answering via LizziAI for triage and message capture
- Automatic transcription with action items extracted
- Call notes attached to the client record automatically
Current state: not yet available. Phone communication today happens outside MiOpsAI.
