Does MiOpsAI have a mobile app?

MiOpsAI is delivered as a fully responsive progressive web app (PWA) that installs to your iOS or Android home screen and behaves like a native app. Dedicated native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap for late 2026 — for now, the PWA covers 95%+ of mobile use cases including push notifications.

What the PWA does today

• Installs to home screen with a real app icon, splash screen, and full-screen launch (no browser chrome).
• Push notifications on iOS 16.4+ and all modern Android versions for new leads, escalations, and task assignments.
• Offline read access to recently viewed clients, tasks, and email threads when you lose signal.
• Camera access for document scanning, business-card capture, and receipt upload.
• Biometric login — FaceID, TouchID, and Android fingerprint via the OS-level web credentials API.
• Voice commands to LizziAI — "create a task to call Sarah tomorrow at 2pm" works on the road.

How to install

1. iOS Safari — visit your tenant URL, tap the share icon, tap "Add to Home Screen."
2. Android Chrome — visit your tenant URL, tap the menu, tap "Install app" (Chrome will also prompt automatically after a few visits).
3. Desktop — Chrome and Edge support the same PWA install for a desktop-app experience.

What native apps will add

Push performance on older iOS versions, deeper share-sheet integration (forward an email from Mail.app directly into a tenant), and Apple Watch + Wear OS notifications for high-priority escalations. Until then, the PWA does everything 95% of mobile operators need.
