Meeting notes and call transcription are on the MiOpsAI 2026 roadmap. The plan is paste or upload a transcript, and LizziAI extracts action items, decisions, and follow-ups — then creates tasks and updates the client record automatically.

What the meeting module will include

  • Transcript paste or upload from any source (Zoom, Google Meet, Otter, etc.)
  • Action item extraction with assignees and due dates
  • Decision and follow-up capture attached to the engagement
  • Automatic task creation for each action item

Current state: not yet available. Meeting notes today are added manually to client conversations.
