Can MiOpsAI send and receive email on my behalf?

Native Gmail and Outlook integration is on the MiOpsAI 2026 roadmap. When live, LizziAI will connect directly to your inbox via official Google and Microsoft APIs, reading incoming messages and sending approved replies without you leaving the platform.

What the email integration will include

  • OAuth-based Gmail and Outlook connection — no browser extensions or forwarding rules
  • Incoming message ingestion with full thread history
  • LizziAI-drafted replies sent from your address with your signature
  • Per-mailbox routing for shared and individual inboxes

Current state: email ingestion via Kitchen is live. Direct Gmail and Outlook OAuth integration is roadmap.
