MiOpsAI prices by active client count, not by user seat — so adding team members doesn't increase your bill. An "active client" is any organization or contact you actively manage in the platform (sending email, tracking projects, storing AI memory). Archived or inactive clients don't count.

The four tiers

• Starter — $199/month: Up to 25 active clients
• Growth — $449/month: Up to 75 active clients
• Agency — $849/month: Up to 150 active clients
• Enterprise+ — $1,599/month: Up to 500 active clients (custom pricing above)

Why per-client beats per-seat

What "active client" means

1. A client record in your CRM with at least one interaction in the last 90 days, OR
2. A client with active projects, recurring billing, or open tasks

Archived prospects, dead leads, and dormant accounts don't count toward your tier. You can have 10,000 contacts in your database — only the ones you're actively working count toward the cap.

What happens if I exceed my tier?

You'll get a 30-day soft warning, then we'll auto-suggest the next tier. No surprise overage fees, no service interruption. LizziAI's tenant memory stays intact through any tier change.
