Does MiOpsAI have a freemium tier?

No, MiOpsAI does not offer a permanent free plan. Instead, every paid plan starts with a private beta access, no payment until you subscribe. You get full access to the platform, including LizziAI, during the trial; if it does not deliver, you walk away owing nothing.

Why no freemium

Freemium is a marketing tactic that usually means one of two things: a feature-stripped product that frustrates users until they upgrade, or a fully-loaded product subsidized by selling user data. MiOpsAI is neither.

• Multi-tenant AI memory: your LizziAI instance is fully isolated, which means it has real infrastructure cost per tenant. A free tier would force us to commingle data or degrade the AI, and we will not do either
• White-glove onboarding: every customer gets real human onboarding from our team and the team. That is not free to provide
• No ads, no data sale: we do not have, and will never have, an ad business or a data brokerage. The subscription is the entire revenue model
