No. MiOpsAI does not charge per seat. Every plan, from Starter at $199/month to Enterprise+ at $1,599/month, includes unlimited team members. Pricing scales on the number of active clients you serve, not on how many people log in.

Why we built it this way

Per-seat pricing punishes growth. Adding a junior team member, a part-time bookkeeper, or a contractor for a single project shouldn't double your software bill. Most operations teams need 5 to 30 people in the system: account managers, project leads, the founder, finance, occasionally a client, and per-seat platforms turn that into a $300-$2,000/month line item on top of the base price.

What "unlimited" actually means

• Full team access: every employee gets their own login with role-based permissions
• Contractors and freelancers: invite them as guest users for specific projects
• Read-only stakeholders: leadership or investors can have view-only dashboards
• Client portal access: optional per-client login that doesn't count against any limit
