Can I upgrade or downgrade my MiOpsAI plan anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your MiOpsAI plan anytime by emailing billing@miopsai.io. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle to give you full value from your current month.

When to upgrade

• Approaching client limit: We notify you at 80% of your tier limit (e.g., 20 clients on Starter, 60 on Growth)
• Need add-ons: Add SallyAI ($29/mo) or VisBuilt ($39/mo) — bundle for $59/mo and save
• Outgrew current tier: Move from Starter to Growth ($449), Growth to Agency ($849), or Agency to Enterprise ($1,599)

How downgrades work

You can downgrade to a smaller tier when your client count decreases. Email billing@miopsai.io with your requested change and effective date. The downgrade applies on your next billing cycle, and you keep access to the higher-tier features until then.

Note: cancellation requires 60 days written notice, but plan changes within MiOpsAI (upgrades or downgrades) do not — they happen on your normal billing cycle. Request access to talk to our team about which tier fits your business.
