Yes, you can cancel your MiOpsAI subscription at any time, but cancellation requires a 60-day written notice. If you submit your cancellation today, you remain responsible for the next 60 days of service at your current plan rate, and your access continues during that period.

Why a 60-day notice period?

MiOpsAI manages mission-critical client communications and operations data. The 60-day window ensures you have time to safely export client records, transition workflows to new systems, and maintain continuity for your customers. We use this time to support a clean handoff — not to trap you.

How to cancel

• Email billing@miopsai.io with your account email and cancellation date
• You will receive written confirmation within one business day
• Service continues for 60 days from your written notice
• Final invoice is prorated and emailed at the end of the notice period
