Are AI usage tokens included in the MiOpsAI subscription?

Yes — AI usage is included in your MiOpsAI subscription with generous fair-use limits per tier. You don't pay per token, per message, or per AI call. This is a deliberate departure from competitors that meter every API call to OpenAI or Anthropic.

Why no per-token billing

Per-token pricing makes AI features feel risky. You're constantly worried that automating an inbox will balloon your bill. We absorb the AI costs into the platform price so you can let LizziAI run autonomously without watching a meter.

Fair-use AI limits per tier

• Starter ($199): Up to ~500K AI tokens/month combined across all features — enough for ~250-400 inbox replies, draft generation, and task automation per month for a 25-client roster
• Growth ($449): Up to ~1.5M tokens/month
• Agency ($849): Up to ~3M tokens/month
• Enterprise+ ($1,599): Up to ~10M tokens/month with custom upgrades available

For context, the average beta customer uses 30-40% of their tier's allowance. We've yet to have a customer hit the cap in normal use.

What counts as "AI usage"

1. LizziAI inbox replies, drafts, and summaries
2. SallyAI post generation, captions, and hashtag suggestions
3. VisBuilt content briefs and schema markup generation
4. Custom AI agents and workflows you build

What doesn't count

Search, CRM lookups, project management, calendar scheduling, file storage, and team chat are all unlimited regardless of tier — those don't consume AI tokens.

If you exceed fair use
