Can MiOpsAI sync with Salesforce data?

MiOpsAI offers Salesforce integration via webhook + Zapier today, with native bidirectional sync planned for the Enterprise+ tier in 2026. Most beta customers using Salesforce treat MiOpsAI as the operational layer (email, AI, project execution) and Salesforce as the system of record (pipeline, forecasting, enterprise reporting).

What works today

• Inbound from Salesforce: when a Lead or Contact is created/updated in Salesforce, push it into MiOpsAI as a contact record
• Outbound to Salesforce: when MiOpsAI captures a new lead (web form, email, etc.), create a corresponding Salesforce record with custom field mapping
• Activity logging: log MiOpsAI emails and AI interactions back to the Salesforce contact's activity timeline
• Opportunity sync: when MiOpsAI projects move stages, update related Salesforce Opportunities

This is set up via Zapier, Make, or direct webhooks during onboarding. Configuration takes 1-2 hours with our team's help.

What's coming with native sync (2026)

1. OAuth-based connection with object-level field mapping UI
2. Real-time bidirectional sync (sub-second latency)
3. Custom object support, not just standard objects
4. Conflict resolution rules (last-write-wins, MiOpsAI-priority, Salesforce-priority)

Common patterns

Pattern 1 (most common): Salesforce stays the CRM source of truth. MiOpsAI handles inbox triage, AI drafting, project work, and team coordination. Activity flows back to Salesforce so reporting stays unified.

Pattern 2: Mid-market teams move off Salesforce entirely after MiOpsAI proves it can handle their pipeline needs at lower cost and complexity.

Why no native sync yet
