Can I import data from HubSpot into MiOpsAI?

Yes. MiOpsAI provides a guided HubSpot migration path that imports contacts, companies, deals, notes, email history, tasks, and custom properties into the platform. The import is included free with onboarding; we don't charge "professional services" fees to move you off a competitor.

What gets migrated

• Contacts: full property mapping including custom fields
• Companies: account-level records with associations preserved
• Deals and pipelines: stage history, value, close dates, owner assignments
• Email history: logged emails attached to the right contacts and deals
• Notes: free-form notes with timestamps and authorship
• Tasks and meetings: with due dates, completion status, and attendee history
• Custom properties: mapped to MiOpsAI custom fields with type preservation
• Lists and segments: rebuilt as MiOpsAI saved views

What does not migrate (and why)

1. Email marketing campaigns: HubSpot Marketing Hub data is HubSpot-specific; we recommend pausing campaigns and rebuilding in MiOpsAI's outbound email module (rolling out post-GA)
2. Marketing automation workflows: HubSpot's workflow engine differs from LizziAI's; we rebuild the equivalents during onboarding so they work better
3. Reporting dashboards: MiOpsAI dashboards rebuild from imported data; the metrics carry over, the chart configurations don't
4. HubSpot CMS pages: stay where they are or move to your own site/CMS

How the migration works

You authorize a one-time read-only OAuth connection to your HubSpot portal. The migration runs in the background (typically 1-4 hours depending on data volume) and notifies you when complete. You can review and approve the import before it goes live, with a side-by-side preview of how records map.

Two-way sync (optional)

If you want to run HubSpot and MiOpsAI in parallel for a transition period, we can configure a two-way sync that keeps contacts and deal stages aligned in both systems. Most teams turn this off within 60 days because they no longer need HubSpot.
