Do you offer discounts for NAHB, NARI, or local builder associations?

No. MiOpsAI has standard pricing for every residential construction customer regardless of NAHB (National Association of Home Builders), NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry), local Home Builders Association chapter, or franchise membership. Chairs are $250 per month each across the board.

Why no association discounts:

• Pricing is already lean for builders. A mid-size builder typically pays $800 to $1,500 per month across BuilderTrend or CoConstruct, shared inbox, marketing tools, and social scheduling. MiOpsAI is $750 to $1,000 flat for the essential three-chair setup regardless of headcount.
• Headcount does not raise the price. A ten-person builder pays the same as a three-person builder for the same chairs. That structure already favors growing firms without needing an association-based discount to make math work.
• We avoid tiered eligibility. Association discounts create administrative complexity and edge cases (what about the builder who is between memberships, or in a chapter that we have not heard of?) that we prefer not to introduce.

What we do offer:

• No per-user seat fees. Add PMs, supers, and admins without price change.
• No per-job fees. Unlike some construction platforms that raise pricing with concurrent job count, chair pricing is flat.
• Annual billing saves roughly 17 percent (two months free) for firms committing to a full year.

NAHB dues, NARI dues, local HBA fees, HBA insurance, workers comp, licensing, and any franchise royalties (if you are an Alair, Homestead, or similar affiliate) are all separate. MiOpsAI is the operations layer, not a replacement for those industry costs.
