Do you offer discounts for NAR, state associations, or brokerage franchises?

No. MiOpsAI has standard pricing for every real estate customer regardless of association membership or franchise. Chairs are $250 per month each whether you are a solo REALTOR, a large independent brokerage, or a Keller Williams, RE/MAX, Compass, or eXp affiliated team.

Why no association or franchise discounts:

• Pricing is already competitive. A ten-agent brokerage running Follow Up Boss plus Dotloop plus a social scheduler is often paying $1,500-plus per month. MiOpsAI is $1,000 flat for the four-chair setup regardless of headcount, so the savings are already baked in.
• Headcount does not raise the price. Unlike per-user CRMs, chair pricing is flat. A twenty-agent brokerage pays the same as a five-agent brokerage for the same chairs. That structure already favors larger teams and brokerages.
• We do not want tiered eligibility. Association-based discounts get administratively messy fast, and we would rather every customer just get the same lean price.

What we offer instead:

• No per-agent or per-user fees. Add agents to your brokerage without price change.
• No per-transaction fees. Unlike some transaction management platforms, closing volume does not raise your bill.
• Annual billing saves about 17 percent (two months free) for brokerages that commit to a full year.

MLS association fees, NAR dues, franchise royalties, E&O, and MLS access are all separate and stay with your existing vendors. MiOpsAI is the operations layer on top, not a replacement for those industry requirements.
