How does MiOpsAI integrate with CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and CRE data providers?
MiOpsAI integrates with commercial real estate data providers primarily through link references and manual comp entry, plus email parsing for inquiries from listing platforms. Your CoStar, LoopNet, and Crexi subscriptions stay in place and MiOpsAI orchestrates the deal work that flows from them.
What works today:
- CoStar comps: Paste CoStar comp IDs and links into Hive deal records. LizziAI can pull those links into offering memoranda drafts and principal updates. Direct CoStar API pull is not currently supported (CoStar tightly controls API access).
- LoopNet listings: LoopNet inquiry emails route to your Marcus intake address, get parsed, and generate a lead record with property address and inquirer details. LizziAI drafts the response.
- Crexi listings and inquiries: Same inquiry email routing as LoopNet. Listing URLs paste into Hive deal records.
- Reonomy, Reonomy contacts, Yardi Matrix: Contact lists export as CSV and import to Marcus for outbound campaigns and prospect tracking.
- Buildout Marketing OMs: Continue using Buildout for OM production. Link the OM PDF in the Julia principal portal so investors see it alongside the deal.
- Argus and Excel modeling: Attach models to the Hive deal record. Investors see them in Julia. No native Argus integration.
What is on the 2026 roadmap: deeper Crexi API integration for automated listing sync, expanded email-parse coverage for regional CRE platforms.
What is NOT planned: direct CoStar API sync (dependent on CoStar granting API access, which they historically restrict) and native Argus integration (industry-standard modeling tools stay in Argus and reference into Hive).
