How coordination runs in MiOpsAI:

• Sync from your platform. RFI or submittal status feeds into Hive from Procore via webhook (open, closed, awaiting response, ball-in-court). Hive tracks aging.
• LizziAI chases. If an RFI has been ball-in-court with the architect for 5-plus business days, LizziAI drafts a follow-up email to the architect referencing the RFI number, the impact on schedule, and requesting response by a specific date.
• Escalation ladder. No response at 8 days triggers a second follow-up. No response at 12 days generates a draft escalation email to the owner rep or design principal, teed up for your PM to review and send.
