Most residential builders and remodelers go live on MiOpsAI in 10 to 21 days. Timeline depends on active job count and how much historical data you want migrated.

Typical timeline:

• Days 1 to 3: Setup and chair configuration. Our senior team configures your Command Center, connects your email domain for LizziAI (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 OAuth), imports your team roster, and sets up your job pipeline stages (permits, foundation, framing, mechanicals, drywall, finishes, punchlist, close-out) with the language your team uses.
• Days 4 to 10: Job and contact migration. Active jobs from BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, JobTread, or spreadsheets are imported to Hive with current stage, key dates, subs, and selection status. Contact database from your existing CRM or spreadsheets moves to Marcus.
• Days 11 to 17: LizziAI voice training. LizziAI reads the first 100 to 150 emails flowing through Hive (homeowner questions, sub coordination, supplier chases) and drafts replies in your voice. You approve every draft during this window.
• Days 18 to 21: Julia portal launch and tool cutover. Active homeowners get portal invites with your firm's branding. Old CRM and job management tools are canceled or downgraded once your team confirms parity.

Faster paths: solo GCs with under 5 concurrent jobs sometimes finish in 7 days. Longer paths: larger custom builders with 20-plus concurrent jobs and heavy selection sheet history occasionally take 4 weeks to migrate everything cleanly.
