How long does MiOpsAI implementation take for a web design or marketing agency?

Most digital agencies are fully live on MiOpsAI in one to three weeks. The exact timeline depends on how many active client accounts you migrate and how many chairs you activate on day one.

Typical implementation phases:

• Week 1, Days 1 to 3: Setup and chair configuration. Our senior team walks you through Command Center setup, connects your email domains for LizziAI, and imports your team roster. Julia branding (logo, colors, subdomain) goes live.
• Week 1, Days 4 to 7: Client migration batch one. Your top three to five accounts are migrated first: contact info, active projects, current deliverables, invoice history. Julia portal invites go out to those clients with a launch email you approve.
• Week 2: Client migration batch two plus LizziAI training. Remaining accounts move over. LizziAI reads the first hundred emails you route through Hive and starts drafting replies in your voice. You approve every draft in week two so she calibrates.
• Week 3: LizziAI autonomy plus tool cutover. LizziAI moves from draft-only to draft-and-send-with-review on routine emails. You cancel or downgrade the old tools (project management, portal, CRM lite) once the team confirms nothing is missing.
