How long does MiOpsAI onboarding take for a waste hauling operation?
Onboarding a waste hauling operation into MiOpsAI runs four to seven weeks end to end, with CSR-side operations in production use by week three or four and the SallyAI commercial acquisition side (if included) live by week six or seven.
Week one is the scoped walkthrough. Our senior team meets with your operations manager, the CSR supervisor, one or two lead dispatchers, and the sales or municipal relations lead. We inventory the operational tools your team touches, map the routing patterns for customer service and dispatch coordination, review the integration surface with your routing and billing systems, and identify the highest-volume flows to move first (typically missed-pickup complaints and service change requests).
Week two is tenant provisioning, LizziAI voice tuning against samples of your existing customer correspondence, routing and billing integration setup (API-based where the platform supports it, email-based otherwise), and initial routing rules for the CSR queue.
Week three is parallel run with a single CSR pod (three to five reps). Incoming customer email and text routes through both the old channels and MiOpsAI, CSRs approve or edit LizziAI drafts, we tune the drafting on real traffic. By end of week three most operations cut over the CSR side entirely for the pod, and week four expands to the full CSR team.
Weeks four through seven layer in dispatcher coordination, driver briefing and post-shift note flows, container inventory tracking, review response coordination, and (if applicable) the SallyAI commercial and municipal outreach configuration. Operations with heavy commercial and municipal work take the longer end of the range because those flows have more layered coordination.
