How long does MiOpsAI onboarding take for a law firm?

Onboarding a law firm into MiOpsAI runs four to six weeks end to end, with intake and reception operations in production use by week three or four and the SallyAI business development side (if included) live by week five or six.

Week one is the scoped walkthrough and boundary review. Our senior team meets with the firm administrator, the managing partner or practice group leaders, the intake coordinator, and the business development lead. We inventory the operational tools your firm touches, map the routing patterns for intake and client communication, review the UPL boundary explicitly, and confirm where privileged materials must stay in the matter management and document management systems rather than move into MiOpsAI.

Week two is tenant provisioning, LizziAI voice tuning against samples of the firm's existing non-substantive correspondence, individual attorney voice tuning for the ones who will have LizziAI draft on their behalf (each attorney gets their own voice profile), initial routing rules, and the first user training session for the intake and reception team.

Week three is parallel run on the intake and reception flow. Incoming email routes through both the old inbox and MiOpsAI, the intake coordinator approves or edits LizziAI drafts, we tune the drafting on real traffic. By end of week three most firms cut over the intake flow entirely.

Weeks four through six layer in matter-level coordination, referral relationship management, event and CLE coordination, review response, and (if applicable) the SallyAI business development configuration. Each attorney's voice profile gets a real-world tuning pass before their content starts publishing.
