How long does MiOpsAI onboarding take for a community bank or credit union?

Onboarding a community bank into MiOpsAI runs four to eight weeks end to end because the vendor management review and internal change management add material time on top of the technical setup. Larger institutions and credit unions with more layered governance run to the longer end of that range.

Weeks one and two are the scoped walkthrough and vendor management review. Our senior team meets with your operations manager, one or two commercial bankers, the marketing lead, and your IT or compliance point person. We inventory the operational tools your team touches, map the routing patterns for commercial customer coordination, review the vendor management questionnaire and controls documentation, and confirm the boundary with the core banking system explicitly.

Weeks three and four are tenant provisioning, LizziAI voice tuning against samples of your existing commercial and community correspondence, initial routing rules, and the first user training session. Front-line commercial bankers and branch operations leads get hands-on training.

Weeks four and five are parallel run with a single team (commercial banking group or branch operations, whichever has higher pain today). Incoming email routes through both the old inbox and MiOpsAI, users approve or edit LizziAI drafts, we tune the drafting on real traffic.

Weeks five through eight layer in board and committee coordination, vendor management workflows, SallyAI marketing setup (if included), and full-bank rollout. Every institution has different governance and different pain points, so onboarding is scoped per tenant rather than a fixed track.

See the onboarding FAQ set for the general shape and the vendor management documentation available up front.
