Does MiOpsAI touch our core banking system or hold account data?

No. MiOpsAI does not touch, integrate with, or hold data from your core banking system, and by design it never will. Cores (Fiserv DNA, Jack Henry, FIS Horizon, Finastra, and the open-source and cloud variants) remain the sole system of record for account balances, transaction history, loan data, GL activity, and every regulated data element that lives inside them.

MiOpsAI operates on the operational and communications layer around the core: shared inboxes at the branch and headquarters level, commercial customer coordination threads, vendor management, marketing and community outreach, board and committee coordination, review responses, HR and internal communication, project trackers, and the ad-hoc chat that normally lives in Slack, Teams, or SMS.

Nothing from the core leaves your environment because nothing from the core enters MiOpsAI in the first place. The operational data we handle (customer names, contact info, meeting notes, project statuses, vendor relationships) lives inside your isolated tenant with per-tenant AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Other MiOpsAI customers cannot see any of it.

Practically, this means your compliance, IT security, and vendor management teams do not have to treat MiOpsAI as a core-adjacent system. It is an operational productivity tool that sits alongside your core the same way your email server and CRM sit alongside it, with a comparable risk profile. No account-holder financial data ever enters MiOpsAI, so the regulatory footprint stays clean.
