Does MiOpsAI integrate with our routing and billing software?

MiOpsAI integrates with waste industry routing and billing platforms (AMCS, Soft-Pak, TRUX, Wastebits, Discovery Software, Ferrilli, and similar) at the operational surface, not at the routing or billing calculation level. Your routing platform stays the source of truth for route sequences and stops, and your billing platform stays the source of truth for account balances and invoicing.

What we integrate is the operational hooks: account status changes, service change confirmations, missed-pickup notifications from the route system, driver status updates, and outbound triggers where MiOpsAI drops a service confirmation or schedule change into a customer email or text. For the top waste-industry platforms, the operational hooks are already available today through native APIs or scheduled email notifications. For older systems, we fall back to email-based integration and scheduled CSV imports.

Practically, this means customer service reps and dispatchers stop tab-hopping between the routing system, the billing system, and the seven communication tools around them. Incoming customer email lands in MiOpsAI with the relevant account context attached (address, service level, next scheduled pickup, contract status), LizziAI drafts a response using that context, and the customer service rep approves.

Missed-pickup tickets get particular attention. Today missed-pickup handling typically requires the CSR to pull up the route in the routing system, check whether the pickup happened, reach the driver by radio or text, get the story, then draft a response to the customer. LizziAI can pull the missed-pickup notification from the route system, pre-attach the driver context, and draft the customer response, compressing what used to be a fifteen-minute back-and-forth into a two-minute review.
