Does MiOpsAI integrate with our practice management or matter management system?

MiOpsAI integrates with practice management systems (Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, Actionstep, NetDocuments, iManage, and similar) at the operational surface, not at the substantive matter level. The matter management platform remains the source of truth for matters, documents, time entries, invoices, and any privileged content.

What we integrate is the operational hooks: matter opening notifications, calendar and deadline metadata (dates and event types, not privileged content), contact updates, and outbound triggers where MiOpsAI drops a portal invite link or a scheduling link into a client email. For the top practice management platforms, the operational hooks are already available today through native APIs or scheduled email notifications. For older or in-house systems, we fall back to email-based integration.

Practically, this means paralegals and intake coordinators stop tab-hopping between the matter management system and the six communication tools around it. Incoming client email lands in MiOpsAI with the relevant matter context attached (matter name, responsible attorney, matter status, upcoming deadlines), LizziAI drafts a non-substantive response using that context, and the paralegal or attorney approves.

Deep bidirectional integrations for the top three or four practice management platforms are in active development on the 2026 roadmap. For most firms, the loose operational coupling is enough because the real bottleneck is not matter-management data flow, it is the twelve other operational tools your team also has to keep in their head and the coordination friction between them.

Document management systems (NetDocuments, iManage, SharePoint) stay untouched. Substantive documents belong there, not in MiOpsAI. See the integrations FAQ set for the current integration surface.
