Does MiOpsAI integrate with my TMS?
MiOpsAI integrates with any TMS that exposes an operational API, webhooks, or scheduled email notifications. The integration is intentionally light: MiOpsAI reads shipment status changes, load assignments, and customer or carrier notifications, and writes back status updates, notes, and coordination outcomes. The TMS remains the source of truth for load, rate, and route data.
For the major freight TMS platforms (McLeod, MercuryGate, Turvo, Aljex, Tailwind, Truckstop TMS), the operational hooks we need are already available today. For older or in-house-built systems, we typically start with email-based integration (the TMS emails status updates, MiOpsAI ingests and routes them) and layer in API calls over time as the operational value warrants the engineering investment. Deep bidirectional TMS integrations for the top three or four platforms are in active development on the 2026 roadmap.
Practically, this means dispatchers stop tab-hopping between the TMS and the seven communication tools around it. Incoming shipper email lands in MiOpsAI with the relevant TMS load context attached, LizziAI drafts a status response using the TMS data, and the dispatcher approves and sends. Rate quote requests hit MiOpsAI first, get parsed into structured intake, and only touch the TMS when the dispatcher (or LizziAI on the dispatcher's approval) creates the load.
The ELD, factoring, insurance, and safety systems in your stack continue to run untouched. MiOpsAI does not try to replace any of them. It replaces the coordination scaffolding that dispatchers currently maintain manually in email, spreadsheets, and chat. See the integrations FAQ set for the current integration surface.
