What data does MiOpsAI need from our residential construction firm?

MiOpsAI needs four data sets from a residential builder or remodeler at setup: your homeowner and prospect database, your active jobs, your team and sub roster, and email OAuth for LizziAI.

Specifically:

• Homeowner and prospect database: Names, emails, phones, project address, project type (new construction, whole-home remodel, kitchen, bath, addition), lead source, lead stage, tags, notes, last contact date. We handle export and import from BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, JobTread, JobNimbus, HubSpot, or a CSV.
• Active jobs: Job name, homeowner client, project address, contract signed date, contract value, current stage, milestone dates, assigned superintendent or PM, key subs, selection deadlines.
• Team and sub roster: Names, emails, roles (owner, PM, super, admin), plus your subs and suppliers with contact info and trade categorization (framer, plumber, HVAC, drywall, painter, etc.).
• Email OAuth: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 connection so LizziAI can read incoming email and draft responses.

Optional at setup:

• Historical closed jobs (for referral pipeline and warranty follow-up)
• Job progress photos (uploaded to Hive by project)
• Selection catalog links (cabinet catalogs, countertop suppliers) for Julia selection sheets
• Website form connection (webhook or embed) for direct lead capture

What we do NOT need: bank credentials, payroll data, workers comp filings, 1099 preparation data, lien waiver records, or trust account access. Accounting stays in your existing system.
