What data does MiOpsAI need from our real estate brokerage to get started?

MiOpsAI needs four data sets from a residential real estate brokerage at setup: your contact database, your active transactions, your agent roster, and email OAuth for LizziAI.

Specifically:

• Contact database: Names, emails, phones, lead source, lead stage, tags, notes, last contact date. We handle export and import from Follow Up Boss, KVCore, LionDesk, Chime, Real Geeks, Wise Agent, or a CSV. Ten thousand contacts is a routine import.
• Active transactions: Property address, MLS number, buyer or seller name, contract date, milestone dates (inspection, appraisal, financing contingency, closing), cooperating agent, lender, title company, inspector. Exported from Dotloop, SkySlope, Brokermint, or reconstructed from your files.
• Agent roster: Names, emails, roles (broker, agent, admin), license numbers if needed for reporting.
• Email OAuth: Google Workspace (Gmail) or Microsoft 365 (Outlook) connection so LizziAI can read incoming client email and draft responses. Read access first, then draft, then send-with-review.

Optional at setup:

• Historical closed transactions (for reporting and referral tracking)
• Vendor and referral partner list (lenders, inspectors, attorneys, title companies) for auto-coordination
• Marketing content library (listing description templates, market update templates) for SallyAI seeding
• Website form connection (webhook or embed) for direct lead capture

What we do NOT need: your bank credentials, brokerage trust account access, commission split calculations, or any financial data beyond what shows in Julia client portals. We do not touch bookkeeping or payroll.
