What data does MiOpsAI need from our men's healthcare clinic?

MiOpsAI needs only non-PHI marketing and non-clinical operations data from a men's healthcare clinic. Nothing that touches your EHR, nothing that qualifies as protected health information. This is a hard rule we hold at setup and forever.

Specifically:

• Marketing prospect database: Names, emails, phones, program interest (TRT, weight loss, aesthetics, longevity), lead source (Google, Meta, referral, direct), marketing engagement tags. No health history, no lab data, no medication history, no diagnoses.
• Team roster (non-clinical or clinical roles for staffing only): Names and emails of team members who will use MiOpsAI. If a provider uses MiOpsAI to see the marketing pipeline ("how many prospects for TRT program this month?"), that is fine. No provider clinical data enters MiOpsAI.
• Marketing content library: Program descriptions, blog posts, FAQ content, testimonial text and photos (with proper consent captured in your HIPAA-compliant workflow), and social content templates for SallyAI seeding.
• Non-clinical marketing email OAuth: A dedicated marketing-only email address (e.g., hello@yourclinic.com or info@yourclinic.com) with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 OAuth. Clinical email addresses stay in your HIPAA-compliant email tool.
• Website form and paid ad connections: Webhook or Zapier bridge from your website lead forms and Meta/Google lead ads.

What we DO NOT need and DO NOT accept:

• EHR credentials or API keys
• Patient lab results, prescriptions, or treatment history
• Clinical intake form data
• Insurance details
• Billing detail beyond program payment link references
• Any file that contains PHI
