What data does MiOpsAI need from our agency to get started?

MiOpsAI needs four core data sets from your agency during setup: your client roster, your active project list, your team, and email access for LizziAI. Everything else is optional and can be added over time.

The specifics:

• Client roster: Company name, primary contact name and email, secondary contacts, address, current retainer or project value. Most agencies export this from HubSpot, Copper, Airtable, or a spreadsheet. We handle the import.
• Active projects and deliverables: Project name, client, current status, milestones, deadlines, assigned team members. We can pull from Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Basecamp, or a CSV.
• Team roster: Names, emails, roles. We create user accounts and assign chair permissions.
• Email domain access: To let LizziAI read and draft client email, we connect via Google Workspace (Gmail) or Microsoft 365 (Outlook) OAuth. Read access first, then draft access, then send-with-review once you approve her voice.

Optional at setup, easy to add later:

• Historical invoice data (for Julia portal history)
• Past project archives (for LizziAI reference)
• SEO reporting connections (GA4, Google Search Console) for VisBuilt
• Social account tokens for SallyAI (Meta, LinkedIn, X)

What we do NOT need: your accounting stack passwords, your bank credentials, your credit card processor keys, or any financial data beyond invoice history for portal display. We do not touch payroll or bookkeeping.
