What data does MiOpsAI need from our commercial construction firm?

MiOpsAI needs five data sets from a commercial construction firm at setup: your prequal and owner database, your active project pipeline, your staff roster, Procore or field platform access for sync, and email OAuth for LizziAI.

Specifically:

• Prequal and contact database: Owner reps, architects, engineers, developers, PMs, plus prequal history. Names, emails, phones, firm, sector focus, project types, geographic focus, tags. Export from HubSpot, Salesforce, BuildingConnected, or a spreadsheet.
• Active projects: Project name, owner, architect, delivery method (CMAR, design-build, hard bid, negotiated), contract value, current phase, key dates (substantial completion, closeout), assigned PM and superintendent, subcontract awards status.
• Staff roster: Names, emails, roles (PM, superintendent, project engineer, estimator, VP construction, BD, executive), plus subs and vendor contacts with trade categorization.
• Procore or field platform access: API keys or webhook setup so RFI, submittal, and change order status flow into Hive for aging and follow-up chase.
• Email OAuth: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 connection so LizziAI can read incoming email and draft responses.

Optional at setup:

• Historical closed projects (for reference in prequal responses and BD content)
• Subcontractor prequal database
• Marketing library (project photos, case studies, capabilities statements) for SallyAI seeding

What we do NOT need: your accounting or ERP credentials, WIP report backend, workers comp or safety filings, bonding line specifics beyond what shows in prequal responses, or bank data.
