Do you offer discounts for AGC, ABC, DBIA, or CMAA members?

No. MiOpsAI has standard pricing for every commercial construction customer regardless of AGC (Associated General Contractors), ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors), DBIA (Design-Build Institute of America), CMAA (Construction Management Association of America), or local chapter membership. Chairs are $250 per month each across the board.

Why no association discounts:

• Pricing is already lean. A mid-market GC typically spends $1,000-plus per month on the office-side stack (CRM, shared inbox, bid tracker, BD content tools) before Procore. MiOpsAI is $750 to $1,000 for the essential three-chair setup regardless of headcount or ACV.
• Chair pricing does not scale with volume. Unlike Procore or BuildingConnected which price by annual construction volume, MiOpsAI charges the same $250 per chair whether you do $5M or $500M ACV per year. That structure already favors larger firms.
• Headcount does not raise the price. A hundred-person GC pays the same as a twenty-person GC for the same chairs. No per-user or per-project fees.

What we do offer:

• No per-user fees. Add PMs, superintendents, project engineers, and executives without price change.
• No per-project fees. Concurrent project count does not raise your bill.
• Annual billing saves roughly 17 percent (two months free).

Association dues (AGC, ABC, DBIA, CMAA, ASA, local chapters), bonding, insurance, licensing, and any franchise or joint venture arrangements are all separate. MiOpsAI is the office operations layer, not a replacement for those industry costs.
