Does MiOpsAI support custom AI agents?

Custom AI agent building is on the MiOpsAI roadmap. The long-term architecture supports multiple purpose-built agents (LizziAI and SallyAI are the first two) and will eventually allow tenants to configure additional agents with their own instructions, knowledge, and triggers.

The agent roadmap

• Live today: LizziAI (operations and communications) and SallyAI (social content), both configurable per tenant
• Planned: tenant-configured agents with custom instructions, persona, and tool access
• Planned: agent triggers based on events (new lead, task overdue, etc.)
• Planned: shared agent library with templates for common roles

Current state: LizziAI and SallyAI are live and configurable. User-built custom agents are not yet available.
