Features & Capabilities

Does MiOpsAI include AI voice agents for inbound calls?

AI voice calling is on the MiOpsAI roadmap for 2026, not yet generally available in the current private beta. When it ships, AI voice agents will handle inbound calls — answering, routing, scheduling, and capturing structured notes — all integrated with the same LizziAI engine that powers the rest of the platform.

What's planned

  • Inbound call answering with natural-language conversation
  • Appointment scheduling directly into your calendar with conflict checking
  • Lead qualification — capture name, intent, urgency, contact info
  • Call routing — escalate to a human team member during business hours
  • Voicemail transcription and summary with action items extracted
  • Call recording with transcript and AI summary in the CRM
  • Outbound calling for reminders, surveys, and follow-ups (later phase)

What's available today

While voice is in build, MiOpsAI already handles the operations layer that voice will plug into:

  1. Voicemail-to-text via existing phone system integrations (forward voicemails to a MiOpsAI inbox address)
  2. Call logging — manually log calls into client records with AI transcription if you upload audio
  3. SMS-first communication for clients who prefer texting over calls

Why we're taking our time

Voice AI that hangs up on customers, books wrong appointments, or stalls awkwardly is worse than no voice AI. We're benchmarking the major voice platforms (Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs Agents) and integrating with whichever clears the bar for our beta cohort. We'd rather ship slow and right than fast and ugly.

Want early access?

If voice is critical to your business case, tell us during beta sign-up. We're prioritizing voice rollout for industries where call volume is the bottleneck (home services, healthcare front desks). See current pricing tiers for what's available now.
