How the pre-sale and post-sale split works

- OpsAI (live today): client records, engagements, communications, AI ops
- Hand-off: when a deal closes in OpsBI, the client record is created in OpsAI automatically
Current state: client and engagement records exist for managing active clients. A pre-sale CRM pipeline is roadmap. For pre-sale tracking today, OpsBI or your existing CRM is the right tool.
