What are smart lists in Dispatch?

Smart lists are dynamic segments that update themselves. The built-in Active Clients list, for example, always contains the contacts of your currently active clients; archive a client and their contacts drop out automatically. You can also build static lists by hand, in bulk with filters, or via import.
