Sequences (included with the CRM) are automated one-to-one nurture flows triggered per contact, like a welcome series after a lead comes in. Dispatch is list-based marketing: one campaign to many recipients at a moment you choose, like a newsletter or promotion. They share the same contacts, templates philosophy, and compliance machinery.
