Do the agents act on their own?

Only as much as you allow. Each seat has an autonomy level:

• Advise. Answers only. The seat creates nothing.
• Assisted. The seat drafts everything for your approval. This is the default.
• Autonomous. The seat acts on its own, once you turn it on.

Autonomous seats start in shadow mode, and every seat has a kill switch. Client communication in full autonomy is also opt-in per client. Until you change those settings, everything the team produces is a draft waiting for you.
